Please note that as a clearance outlet, some final sale items may be ineligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item you wish to return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once reviewed, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for the return shipment or drop-off.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely repackage the furniture in its original packaging to prevent transit damage; you may use our discounted freight labels or your own preferred carrier.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
